HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS SO CHEAP?
We pride ourselves on offering the best value for money on the market. I short, we dont have a high markup on our products, as we believe jodhpurs should be fantastic quality at affordable, honest, everyday prices.
HOW CAN WE BE SURE OF QUALITY PRODUCTS?
We are keen to make sure you needn’t sacrifice quality for cost. We work with some great manufacturers who also manufacture some of the biggest jodhpur and breech names on the planet, so we can bring you the same well known quality as the bigger brands, for less.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Items will be shipped the same working day if placed before 4pm, or the next working day if placed after 4pm. We send all items via Royal Mail 48hr tracked so we can be sure they do not get lost in the post and you receive them in good time.
Returning your product is easy! Just fill out the included return form and send the item back to us. We will process your refund within a maximum of 5 working days. We love feedback on our products, so if something fell beneath the high standards we expect, please let us know how to improve.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer paid return postage, if returning an item you will need to pay your postage costs.
We will be happy to exchange and item if you wish, with no extra for the postage to get your new item to you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We send all of our products via recorded postage, so you can track your order from the moment it is posted.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you return your product within 14 days from receipt, with the original packaging and lables in unused condition, we will be happy to offer you a full refund on the product (we are very sorry this does not include postage). We will process the refund and make a payment back to the credit/debit card or PayPal account you originally paid with. If an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please call our customer service department. We will then be able to organise an exchange or a refund for you as quickly as possible.
Please note a faulty item is one that is not made correctly; having construction defects or faults e.g brokn zip, broken hook and eye fastenings, holes in the seams. It does NOT include when an item just doesnt fit you how you would like.

As soon as we receive your order, we start work packing it for you, so this means unfortunately we can’t make any changes once the order has been placed. If you do need to make a change, please contact us and we’ll cancel your original order and place a new one for you. If your order has been placed via the phone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home-delivered item.
