Delivery and Returns

Please find below all the information relating to delivery and returns of your products ordered on our website.

Delivery – Our standard delivery timescale is 2 working days for orders with the UK. Just Jodz will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the normal returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by telephoning the number on our contact page, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.

International Orders –All international orders will be posted via Royal Mail, tracked / signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order.  Just Jodz will not be held responsible for any delays within this postal service.

Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.


We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return any item to us a full refund or exchange, whichever is preferable, will be issued minus postage costs.

The item must be returned to us within 14 days – unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of garment at time of purchase.  If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 14 days – unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.

No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include a covering letter with your contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.

Return Postage – please use the address label provided in the order – postage to be paid by the customer.  We would strongly recommend returning your parcels via a tracking service, as it is your responsibility for returning your items back to us. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty. Please note all items are individually quality checked before they leave our warehouse. In the event of any faulty goods being returned to us, it is at our discretion to refund / replace the item.

Please ensure any products returned to us for a refund / exchange here un-worn, have no make-up marks or stains on and are sent back with all original packaging. A £3 washing and repacking charge will be deducted from any refunds if any of these rules are not adhered to.

When purchasing leggings from Just Jodz, please ensure you have the correct size as we can not replace seems that have been split due to being over stretched.

Just Jodz will have the final decision on any action taken with regard to this subject.

We are unable to accept any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974). By placing your order you accept all of the above terms and conditions.
